Shipping Terms
Shipments of products ordered on the www.odissi-studio.com site are carried out by shipping companies selected to operate on national and international territory, both in EU and non-EU countries.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and order amount, as detailed below.
Any change in shipping costs, times and methods, including delays attributable to causes beyond the control of Him Co Industry S.p.A., does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Additional Terms
- Shipment Tracking: When the order is processed, the Customer will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of the shipment. Any problem relating to tracking may be attributable to the Courier and not to Him Co Industry S.p.A.
- Delays and Missed Deliveries: The indicative delivery date may vary for reasons not attributable to Him Co Industry S.p.A.. Furthermore, in the event of the recipient's absence, the Courier will make a second attempt, according to specific policies for national and foreign shipments.
- Liability: Him Co Industry S.p.A. declines all responsibility for damage, loss or destruction due to transport after the Courier has taken charge. Any complaints must be addressed directly to the Courier.
