Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the products, without paying penalties and without specifying the reasons.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can send a registered letter with return receipt or an email to the addresses indicated on the site or a communication via PEC containing the explicit declaration of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Return Procedure

  • After the request, Him Co industry S.p.A. will verify the conditions for opening the procedure
  • If positive, it will authorize the return by communicating it via email
  • The Customer must ship the products within 14 working days from the date of exercising the withdrawal
  • The items must be sent to the address that will be communicated by Him Co Industry S.p.A.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs fall under the responsibility of the Customer.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

The return will be accepted only if:

  • The request was submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The product has not been used, worn, washed or damaged
  • The identification tag with disposable seal is still attached to the product
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories (e.g. dust bags)
  • A copy of the shipping note is present

REFOUND

If all conditions are met:

  • Him Co Industry S.p.A. will refund the price of the products using the same payment method as the purchase
  • The refund will be made to the person who made the original payment
  • The refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at the time of purchase, net of shipping costs, duties, customs charges. For returns shipped from non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes or charges incurred by Him Co Industry S.p.A. in order to receive the returned product back in Italy will be deducted from the refund amount due to the Customer.
  • The refunded price will be the one paid, regardless of any price variations on the site

Non-Compliant Products

If the return does not meet the required conditions:

  • The Customer Services will contact the Customer
  • The Customer can ask to return the products, bearing all the relevant costs and charges.
